Refund Policy

MG Clothing is committed to delivering quality fashion to your doorstep. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent resolution. We believe in no-drama returns. If an item doesn't fit, arrived damaged, or simply wasn't what you expected, we're here to help.

You are eligible for a return or refund if: • The item is returned within 15 days of delivery. • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. • All original tags are attached and packaging is intact. • The item is not in the non-returnable category (see Eligibility tab). • A valid order number and proof of purchase is provided.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances: • Innerwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons). • Customized or personalized products. • Gift cards and vouchers. • Items marked as 'Final Sale'. • Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

Once your return is approved and the item passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed via: • Original Payment Method — Amount credited back to your UPI, card, or net banking account within 7–10 business days. • MG Store Credit — Credited to your MG Clothing wallet within 2–3 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

We take full responsibility for any error on our part. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product: • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mgclothing.com. • Attach clear photos showing the issue. • We will arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
