We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your display device and screen calibration. MG Clothing does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

All transactions are processed through secured payment gateways. MG Clothing does not store your full card details on our servers.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the product and receipt of our shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please verify all details carefully — once an order is confirmed and dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

MG Clothing ships across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed on the Site. Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
• Returns must be initiated through our website or by contacting support
• Sale items, innerwear, and custom/personalized products are not eligible for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been packed or dispatched. To cancel, contact our support team immediately with your order ID.

MG Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, copy, design, and graphics — is the exclusive property of MG Clothing and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

In case of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
