MG Clothing ships all across India. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

After you place an order, it goes through the following stages before dispatch:

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it through the following methods:

• Email notification with a tracking link sent to your registered email address
• SMS updates at key delivery milestones (order shipped, out for delivery, delivered)
• Log in to your MG Clothing account → 'My Orders' → click 'Track Order'
• Visit our courier partner's website directly using the tracking ID provided

We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check if your area is serviceable by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout before placing an order.

If your pin code is not serviceable, we recommend using an alternative address in a nearby city or contacting us to explore options.

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. In case of a failed delivery:

• You will be notified via SMS or email after each failed attempt
• After 3 failed attempts, the package is held at the courier facility for up to 5 days
• You may contact the courier directly using your tracking ID to reschedule delivery
• If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange a re-dispatch (re-shipping charges may apply)
• Refunds for returned undelivered orders (prepaid) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges

We take great care in packaging all orders. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

At this time, MG Clothing ships exclusively within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We are actively working to expand our delivery capabilities to serve customers outside India. If you are an international customer, we encourage you to check back in the future or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

MG Clothing welcomes bulk and corporate orders for gifting, uniforms, events, and institutional purchases. Special pricing and shipping arrangements are available for large volume orders.

• Minimum quantity for bulk orders: 20 units per style/size
• Dedicated account manager assigned for orders above ₹25,000
• Custom packaging and branding options available on request
• Delivery timelines for bulk orders: 7–14 business days depending on order size
• Advance payment required for all bulk orders

During high-demand periods, processing and delivery timelines may be longer than usual. These include:

• Festive seasons: Diwali, Navratri, Eid, Christmas, and New Year
• MG Clothing sale events (End of Season Sale, Flash Sales)
• National holidays and public holidays when courier services are suspended
• Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen logistics disruptions

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for eligibility. For return shipping:

• Free pick-up is available for eligible returns in most serviceable pin codes
• Where pick-up is not available, you may self-ship the item to our returns address
• Self-shipped returns must use a trackable courier service
• Return shipping costs for self-ship will be reimbursed up to ₹100 as store credit
• Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable
